Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)., Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or teaching within a K-12 setting., Demonstrated knowledge of educational theories, learning pedagogies, and national/state academic standards (e.g., Common Core State Standards)., Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and various educational authoring tools., Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines., Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail., A portfolio demonstrating successful curriculum projects or instructional materials is a plus.
