We are seeking a talented and experienced Instructional Designer to join our dynamic online learning team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing engaging and effective online courses and learning modules. This role involves collaborating with subject matter experts to translate complex content into accessible and interactive learning experiences, ensuring alignment with educational best practices and institutional learning objectives. You will leverage various educational technologies and instructional design methodologies to create high-quality, student-centered digital learning environments.

Requirements:
Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Curriculum & Instruction, or a related field (Bachelor's degree with significant relevant experience may be considered)., 3-5 years of professional experience in instructional design, preferably within a higher education or corporate online learning environment., Proven ability to design and develop engaging, interactive, and outcomes-based online learning experiences., Proficiency with at least one major Learning Management System (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools., Strong understanding of adult learning principles and best practices in online pedagogy., Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills., Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and subject matter experts., A portfolio showcasing instructional design work and e-learning samples is highly preferred.
