Requirements:
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN) from an accredited institution., Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice., Minimum of 1-2 years of acute care or medical-surgical nursing experience preferred., Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required., Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire)., Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed., Strong commitment to patient safety and quality care., Excellent interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach.
