Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA is a plus., 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role., Proven track record of building and maintaining complex financial models., Demonstrated ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into actionable insights., Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and VBA., Experience with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and financial planning software., Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements., CFA certification is highly preferred., Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to various levels of management., Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
